Making a Mango Sorbet



These are the ingredients for the recepie of Mango Sorbet:

- 1 Large Mango
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1 Orange Rind
- 3/r cup Water
- Drop of Lime Juice

Step 1

Pour the water, sugar and the orange rind in to a pot and heat it until the mixture boils. You must make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved. Once boiled take it out from the heater and chill.

Step 2

Slice the Mango to small pieces and blend it with Orange Juice in a food processor. Now strain the mixture and chill.

Step 3
-------

Freeze it with a plastic wrap and once the edges are smooth blend it again an a processor until smooth. Freeze it hard and serve



Decorate it.... and you are ready to go :)
